Among the most notable updates, CMS has finalized two new CPT codes for remote patient monitoring (RPM):

CPT 99445: Covers 2–15 days of RPM measurements

CPT 99470: Covers the first 10–20 minutes of RPM management
These new codes expand the clinical flexibility and financial sustainability of RPM programs, allowing providers to tailor monitoring frequency and engagement levels to better match patient needs. The additions represent one of the most significant expansions of RPM and signals CMS’s continued investment in connected care. The webinar will provide an in-depth breakdown of these RPM updates as well as changes to:
- Advanced primary care management (APCM) services
- Federally qualified health center (FQHC) and rural health clinic (RHC) billing
- Preventive services, including annual wellness visits (AWVs)
- Virtual care and compliance requirements
